Pump System WPS PROFESSIONAL with Homogenization unit
Your tool to supply medium or highly viscous media directly from original containers – fast, easy, and reliable. The fully automated pump system WPS Professional with Homogenization option comes with a homogenization unit with which you can condition viscous media which tend to bleed (greases with high solid portion) prior to the application.
An additionally integrated medium storage guarantees a continuous medium supply during the replacement of containers. The homogenization process itself is the key to a consistent medium quality – an important factor for use in an automated environment. The follower plates of the WPS series are precisely adapted and guarantee an almost complete emptying of the containers.
For your information, the pump system comes with an electric and an acoustic pre-empty and empty signal. Additional safety elements are an automated stop after complete container emptying or a loss-free pressure relief of the pump and fluid systems, taking care of a smooth operation.
With a Touch panel, filter system, two-hand operation, container replacement wizard, monitoring and providing different process parameters and other helpful features, the pump system reduces induced errors from the operating personnel/supply system and increases the overall system efficiency.
