Our systems are designed to handle, meter and apply low to high-viscosity liquids and pastes in a media-appropriate manner and in accordance with application requirements. We develop customized solutions for the precise dispensing and application of a wide range of liquid and viscous materials – including adhesives, silicones, sealants, lubricants, release agents, primers, fluxes, anti-squeak coatings, corrosion inhibitors, waxes or paints.. Corrosion inhibitors
Reliable dosing of low-viscosity media: For temporary or long-term protection against oxidation or chemical reactions, corrosion inhibitors with low viscosity are applied as a defined film or along sensitive component contours.
Anti-squeak coatings
Noise reduction in assembly: These specialty coatings are used in the automotive and furniture industries to eliminate friction-induced noises (stick-slip). We enable precise micro-dosing on defined contact areas – as dots, lines, or surface coatings.
Release agents
Controlled application in molding and casting processes: Release agents such as silicone oils or water-based emulsions are used to prevent adhesion in injection molding or casting. Our systems enable finely dosed application with minimal misting and excellent surface wetting.
