As a combination of controls and diagnostics units, the WSDS-230 has electrical, electropneumatic and pneumatic interfaces for direct system-independent activation, control and monitoring of compressed air, control air, atomizing air, valves, sensors and heating plates.
Extremely compact and flexible to use.
Due to its compact design, the WSDS-230 is mobile and can be used even in the smallest of spaces. Thus, the testing and optimization of individual components can often be carried out directly on site in the installed condition.
An integrated pressure sensor, a temperature controller and a pressure gauge provide you with additional flexibility and system independence.
Visualization and parameterization of the process parameters are executed platform-independently via web interface using a PC via the integrated network connection – or via tablet and smartphone (W-LAN extension optional).
All process data can be displayed directly, saved and called up again later for comparison purposes or documentation.
