Pump system WPS ADVANCED
A continuous and reliable medium supply is the basis for any dosing, decisive for the quality of the medium application. With the WPS Basic model, you have a high-performance, versatile piston system at your disposal with which you can supply medium to highly viscous media such as lubricating greases directly from the manufacturer’s container.
The pressure on the follower plate is adjustable so that you can flexibly adapt the suction of the WPS to any viscosity, and at the same time prevent the blocking of the follower plate, e.g., through corrugation. The continuous supply keeps shock strain from your system and reduces wear-and-tear.
Also, the number of rejects reduces as do the costs, because the WPS system enables an almost complete emptying of the container, leaving a residual amount of less than one percent. When the filling level of the container is low, the pump stops the supply process and optionally issues a warning tone to indicate the status.
An automatic stop of the pump when the container is empty will prevent the intake of air and an arduous venting of the complete fluid system. The WPS Basic comes with a purely pneumatic control for manual operation.
