SAVE Adjustment Lock for Pressure Regulators
The SAVE adjustment lock is an accessory designed to provide mechanical protection for pressure regulators (pump pressure / follower-plate pressure) used in WPS pump systems. It reliably prevents accidental or unauthorised adjustments to preset pressure values – for example through operator error or tampering – thereby contributing significantly to process reliability and the reproducibility of pressure-control operations.
The SAVE adjustment lock is suitable for both BASIC and ADVANCED pump versions and enhances the overall safety concept with an effective, practice-oriented protective measure – particularly in automated or quality-critical production environments where stable pressure levels are essential.
The lock is mounted directly onto the pressure regulator; access to the adjustment knob is blocked by a combination lock. Existing systems can be retrofitted easily.
