Inlay for Pressure Feed Containers
The inlay is a practical accessory for the WDBS pressure feed container system and serves as a removable insert for the medium to be processed. It is filled and placed directly into the pressure vessel – keeping the inner walls clean and ensuring the medium is contained separately.
With the matching lid, the inlay can be pre-filled and prepared in advance. This enables clean, organised material staging and increases flexibility for changing media and short material-change cycles.
The inlay reduces cleaning effort and downtime, prevents cross-contamination and extends the service life of the pressure vessel*. It can be used as a single-use or multi-use insert – ideal for applications with frequent media changes or high hygiene requirements.
Available in two sizes:
- For WDBS-02: 1.18 L capacity
- For WDBS-05: 3.8 L capacity
*Note: For complete cleaning during media changes, wetted components such as the extraction tube, inner lid surfaces or seals may need to be cleaned separately.
