Expensive materials or those which are difficult to store often come in small containers such as plastic or metal buckets, cans, or screw-on containers. Small containers will also be used when only a little medium is required.
The Walther Small-Scale Supply Unit provides users with a cost-effective solution for emptying these special containers with a max. height of 285 mm and an inner diameter of 90 to 200 mm, with little effort, controlled, and clean: There are different adapted follower plates available for the individual container diameters from various manufacturers.
The robust and user-friendly small-scale supply system is powerful, reliable, precise, and meets all requirements for processing even tough materials such as resins, wax, or greases and supplying these safely to adjacent processes.
The small-scale supply unit is very flexible in use. It has a compact design and comes with the option to easily and directly connect dosing/spray/pulse valves via high-pressure hoses; thus, you can realize different dosing tasks with only minimum space requirement. This way, the supply unit can be employed as a central supply system for production as well as a decentral supplier for dosing devices.
