Cartridge Adapter, 10-Piece Kit for Euro-1 Plastic Cartridges
The cartridge adapter is a functional accessory for the Walther WKSK cartridge discharge system and is designed for process-secure dispensing of viscous media from Euro-1 plastic cartridges.
It is placed directly onto the outlet of the cartridge before the cartridge is inserted into the WKSK system mount. There, it ensures reliable sealing between the cartridge and the receiving unit, guaranteeing that the medium is conveyed through the discharge system in a controlled manner. At the same time, it protects the internal housing of the WKSK from material contamination.
The adapter remains on the cartridge during operation and is typically disposed of together with it.
The adapters are made from a robust, media-resistant plastic and are supplied as a 10-piece kit. They enable quick and precise loading of the WKSK with Euro-1 cartridges and support consistently reliable material conveyance without leakage or contamination, thereby increasing process reliability, particularly when frequent media changes are required.
