The agitator is an essential accessory when processing liquid or highly viscous media in the WDBS pressure feed container, particularly if the medium tends to sediment or separate. The flat stirring blade with flow-through openings moves the material gently and uniformly, preventing fillers from settling and keeping the material consistency stable throughout the entire process.
This ensures constant dosing and application quality and increases process reliability – even with demanding media. The agitator makes a significant contribution to reducing scrap, avoiding downtime and maintaining long-term product quality.
