Nozzle extensions allow for targeted adjustment of the application pattern and also reach hard-to-access areas that cannot be covered with standard application valves.

WALTHER Systemtechnik offers a comprehensive range of nozzle extensions tailored to different dosing requirements and application geometries. Variants with various tube diameters and lengths enable use in complex production environments, even in confined spaces.

All nozzle extensions are individually manufactured and undergo 100% testing to ensure the highest quality and reliability.

Product overview and technical specifications

Nozzle extensions from WALTHER Systemtechnik are available with pipe diameters from 2,5 mm to 13 mm and lengths from 36 mm to 1.000 mm. They are mounted directly onto the valve nozzle and are available in two versions.


Inlet sealing nozzle extensions

The opening and closing of the application valve is still accomplished by the valve nozzle and the valve needle. This prevents the medium from flowing back out at the valve outlet and holds the medium back so that it does not flow into the nozzle extension.

Outlet sealing nozzle extensions

This extension features its own valve needle that extends to the nozzle tip, sealing the material flow and preventing leakage. Also known as a needle-sealing nozzle extension, its design minimizes dead spaces where material could accumulate – a significant advantage when working with hardening media. The seal directly at the outlet enables fast, precise dosing, even under demanding conditions such as overhead applications, vibrations, and short dosing intervals.
