Pressure sensors
Pressure sensors from WALTHER Systemtechnik measure material and process pressure in industrial dosing, conveying, and application systems. They provide crucial measurements for monitoring media supply, controlling pressure profiles, and detecting process deviations at an early stage.
Especially with liquid to highly viscous media, pressure can directly influence the dispensing quantity, application pattern, material break-off, and process stability. Pressure sensors support reproducible process control and help to detect malfunctions such as pressure drops, pressure spikes, clogged nozzles, or uneven media feed more quickly.
Depending on the model, the sensors are suitable for different pressure ranges and installation situations – from monitoring low pressures in spray applications to controlling higher system pressures. Variants with a display, configurable switching points, or analog output signals facilitate integration into higher-level control and quality assurance systems.
