The SAVE adjustment lock is an accessory product for the mechanical locking of pressure regulators (pump pressure / follower plate pressure) in WPS pump systems. It reliably prevents unintentional or unauthorized changes to the set pressure values – for example, due to operating errors or tampering – and thus makes an important contribution to the process reliability and reproducibility of pressure control processes.
The SAVE adjustment lock is suitable for both BASIC- as well as ADVANCED-Pumps suitable and extends the safety concept by an effective, practical protective measure – especially in automated or quality-critical production environments where constant pressure conditions are essential.
The adjustment lock is mounted directly onto the pressure regulator; access to the adjustment knob is blocked by a combination lock. Existing systems can be easily retrofitted.
