For temporary or permanent protection against oxidation and chemical influences, low-viscosity preservatives are applied as a defined film or contour-following to sensitive component areas. Our systems enable reproducible application even at high line speeds.
Anti-squeak paints
Anti-squeak coatings are used to prevent friction and stick-slip noises in assembly processes. WALTHER system technology enables the precise dispensing of minute quantities of material onto defined contact surfaces – at points, along lines, or across large areas.
Release agents
Release agents such as silicone oils or aqueous emulsions prevent adhesion in injection molding, molding, and casting processes. Our application systems enable precisely metered application with uniform wetting and minimal overspray.
