WALTHER MODULAR – Standardized fluid architecture for industrial dosing systems

WALTHER MODULAR is part of the WALTHER Systemtechnik modular system and expands it with a standardized concept for easy functional integration in the areas of fluid handling and media preparation. The modular functional units are geometrically and fluidically coordinated and can be directly connected without additional piping. This results in compact fluid assemblies with optimized media flow, reduced assembly effort, and low susceptibility to leakage.

Directly lockable fluid functions

WALTHER MODULAR is based on standardized geometries and defined interfaces for the direct connection of fluidic functional units. This largely eliminates the need for additional piping between individual modules.

The reduced number of connecting elements minimizes potential leakage points, reduces interface complexity, and simultaneously simplifies assembly, maintenance, and expansion of the modules.

Compact design and optimized media routing

Direct blocking results in compact system structures with reduced dead volume and optimized media flow. At the same time, the standardized geometries enable space-saving integration into existing machine and plant concepts.

The harmonized system architecture supports reproducible system integration and ensures clearly defined fluid paths within the assemblies.

Interchangeable functional units for maintenance-friendly systems

Each module performs a defined fluid-technical function within the overall system, for example filtration, pressure regulation, air bubble removal or intermediate media storage.

The individual functional units can be added, replaced, or maintained independently of each other. This ensures that the fluid assemblies remain service-friendly and adaptable.
