WALTHER Systemtechnik's modular system kit allows for the flexible and efficient implementation of customized dispensing and application systems. Instead of entirely customer-specific individual developments, coordinated system components are combined and configured according to the application. The system kit covers all functional areas industrial dosing applications – from material supply and media preparation to dosing and application, as well as process monitoring and control.

System design considers factors such as viscosity, dispensing quantity, cycle time, component geometry, and process dynamics to ensure reproducible and reliable media application. The components of the modular system can be assigned to four functional areas. The modular combination of these components allows for the implementation of both standard applications and complex dosing and custom solutions.

Supplying and Feeding

This functional area includes components for storing, conveying, and pressurizing the medium. The goal is a continuous and stable material supply for the downstream dosing and application steps.
