Small-scale supply units

WALTHER Systemtechnik's small-quantity conveying systems ensure the controlled supply of liquid to viscous media in applications with low consumption volumes or single dosing and application points. They are particularly suitable for oils, greases, adhesives, sealants, or similar media that need to be reliably conveyed from small containers and transferred in a defined manner to downstream valves or application units.

Thanks to their compact design, small-quantity conveying devices can be flexibly integrated into manual, semi-automatic, or automated workstations. They support a constant material supply with short media paths and enable clean, on-demand delivery of the medium directly at the process.

Depending on the application, small-volume conveying units can be used to supply individual valves, for dosing workstations, experimental setups, or special systems. They thus offer an economical solution for processes that do not require a central material supply or large-volume pump technology, but still need to ensure a stable and reproducible media flow.
