Pump systems
Pump systems from WALTHER Systemtechnik ensure the controlled delivery of liquid to highly viscous media directly from the original container. They convey lubricants, greases, sealants, adhesives, or similar media with a constant material flow and reliably supply downstream dosing and application units.
The systems are used at manual, semi-automated, and fully automated workstations – from decentralized assembly stations and production cells to integrated manufacturing lines. Depending on the medium, container size, flow rate, and process requirements, the pump systems can be designed modularly.
The range extends from compact, easy-to-use models to advanced versions with fill level monitoring, automatic pressure relief, media temperature control, or tandem operation for continuous media supply. Direct dispensing from the container and minimal residual volume emptying support economical material usage, especially with expensive media.
