Supplying and Feeding
Pump and emptying systems in dosing and application systems ensure the controlled dispensing of viscous media from their original containers. Depending on the application, media are drawn from cartridges, cans, buckets, pails, or drums and transferred with a constant material flow to downstream dosing, application, or processing units.
WALTHER Systemtechnik offers emptying systems with varying degrees of automation, tailored to the medium, container size, conveying volume, and process requirements. Gentle and virtually complete container emptying reduces residual quantities and, especially with cost-intensive media, promotes economical material use.
Special expansion variants with a homogenization unit enable media-specific preparation directly at the system. Integrated media storage units ensure a continuous supply of material during container changes, increasing process reliability. For applications with continuous material requirements, tandem solutions can be used, enabling a low-interruption or continuous media supply.
