The WSDV volume spray valve allows for the precise and repeatable application of defined quantities of viscous media over a wide area without contact. Available in four sizes, it offers stepless adjustment of media volumes up to 6000 mm³ within the applicable dosing range using an adjustment screw.
Thanks to volumetric dosing, these results are not affected by fluctuations in the medium's properties. Furthermore, the valve's design creates a back-suction effect at the end of the spraying process. This keeps the production area clean, as there is neither pre- nor post-drip.
The WSDV spray valve is pneumatically controlled by an external 5/2-way valve. The atomizing air is switched independently of the metering piston control using a 3/2-way valve.
Valves of the WSDV series are also characterized by high reliability and low maintenance requirements: Modern sealing elements ensure a long service life even at high inlet pressures up to 200 bar.
