Spray valves
Spray valves from WALTHER Systemtechnik enable the contactless application of liquid to viscous media to component surfaces. They are suitable for continuous or intermittent spraying processes and, depending on the design, produce a uniform, finely atomized application of material. This allows for targeted, material-efficient, and reproducible application of media.
The spray pattern is adapted to the specific application task through a combination of nozzle geometry, air cap, media flow, and optional nozzle extensions. Depending on the application, spot, area, rotationally symmetrical, or segmented spray patterns are possible. This allows even hard-to-reach areas such as undercuts, sealing surfaces, internal housing contours, or circumferential component areas to be selectively wetted.
Typical applications include the application of release agents, corrosion protection oils, cleaning and wetting media, and functional coatings. The spray valves can be integrated into manual workstations, semi-automated devices, robotic applications, or automated line processes.
