The WPV Pulse Valve is an innovative, electrically operated dispensing valve for the precise and contactless application of low- to medium-viscosity media. Its purely electric operation eliminates the need for compressed air lines, minimizing installation effort and simplifying integration into existing production environments. Thanks to its compact design (134,5 x 25 x 45 mm) and integrated electronics, the WPV Pulse Valve can be directly integrated into new and existing production systems without additional control technology, software, or programming. An Ethernet-based bus system enables complete parameterization and visualization of all process parameters via the web interface; parameterization and diagnostics can be performed directly and remotely.
Integrated functions for high process reliability and flexibility: The WPV pulse valve is designed for versatile application processes and features a built-in valve heater with temperature control for precise medium temperature regulation, as well as a pressure sensor for analyzing process pressure profiles. Four digital inputs/outputs (DIOs) enable direct control of peripheral devices, increasing flexibility. An integrated push button for manual valve actuation allows for immediate job initiation and verification, facilitating quick commissioning and maintenance. An LED status indicator provides continuous visualization of the operating status.
Versions: The WPV pulse valve is available in three specific versions to meet different application requirements. The BASIC version is the standard model with integrated control and parameterization via a web interface. The ADVANCED version additionally includes temperature control for maintaining the medium's temperature. The PROFESSIONAL version enables comprehensive process control with monitoring and analysis of the process pressure profile.
