Pulse valves

Pulse valves from WALTHER Systemtechnik enable the contactless application of liquid to highly viscous media in fast, reproducible dispensing processes. The medium is applied to the component via defined switching operations as a single dot, a short material pulse, or a closely spaced sequence of dots – without direct contact between the nozzle and the surface.

The non-contact application method is suitable for hard-to-reach areas, sensitive surfaces, small functional areas, or components with dense geometries. With synchronized movement of the valve or workpiece, individual dispensing points can be used to create linear applications or beads. Optional nozzle extensions facilitate targeted application to intricate or difficult-to-reach areas of the component.

Pulse valves can be integrated into automated production lines, robotic applications, contour-following dispensing processes, and manual or semi-automated devices. They are particularly suitable for applications with short cycle times, high repeatability, or limited installation space.
