Outlet valves
Outlet valves from WALTHER Systemtechnik control the release of media at the outlet point of a dosing, conveying, or application system. They open and close the material flow in a controlled manner, enabling the defined discharge of liquid to highly viscous media – continuously, cyclically, or via defined opening and closing times.
The valves can be integrated into manual, semi-automated, and fully automated system concepts. Typical applications include sealing, bonding, filling, encasing, or spreading media such as adhesives, sealants, gap fillers, silicones, lubricants, casting resins, or thermally conductive pastes.
Depending on the design, features such as retraction effect, sensors, heating, different nozzle geometries, or needle designs support application-specific configuration. This allows material break-off, application pattern, and process stability to be specifically tailored to the medium, cycle time, and installation situation.
