Chamber metering valves

Chamber metering valves from WALTHER Systemtechnik enable the volumetric metering of defined quantities of media in industrial dispensing and application processes. The medium is filled into a metering chamber and then dispensed in a controlled manner onto the component. This allows for reproducible metering quantities, even with challenging media and changing process conditions.

These valves are suitable for point and line applications with highly viscous, pasty, or stringy media such as lubricants, sealants, or one-component adhesives. For surface coatings, spray valves with chamber metering can be used, combining a defined chamber fill with targeted atomization.

Depending on the application, chamber dosing valves can be integrated into stationary production devices or incorporated into automated and semi-automated processes – for single points, line orders, contour-following dosing processes or multiple dosing points within a system.
