Pulse valve accessories from WALTHER Systemtechnik support the application-oriented design of non-contact dispensing processes. Nozzles, valve needles, and other functionally relevant components influence media dispensing, droplet formation, shot behavior, and application repeatability.
Depending on the medium, dosing quantity, working distance, and component geometry, suitable nozzle and needle designs can be selected. Durable materials and optimized geometries ensure stable operation even with demanding media or high switching frequencies.
A light barrier can be used on the valve for process monitoring. It detects whether a media dispensing event crosses the defined detection range and provides corresponding signals to the higher-level control system. This allows dosing events to be monitored, process data to be evaluated, and quality-relevant processes to be better documented.
