The Walther distribution module (WVM) is a compact functional element of the Walther MODULAR series for the targeted distribution of liquid or viscous media to multiple process outlets. It enables the structured division of a centrally supplied volume flow, for example, to simultaneously supply several metering valves via a common pressure source such as a pump or pressure vessel.
The module features five G1/4″ process ports for media delivery and one G1/2″ port on each end face. The G1/2″ ports provide the media-carrying connection to adjacent modules within a modular assembly: As part of the Walther MODULAR The distribution module can be quickly and reliably combined with other functional components via a standardized module connector set to implement complex media-carrying tasks within the overall system. When mounted in the center, both end-face connections are used; in the start or end position, only one is used.
Thanks to its compact design, the WVM requires minimal installation space and is suitable for both installation in new and retrofitting in existing fluid systems and dosing systems.
The distribution module is designed for operating pressures up to 250 bar and is compatible with numerous technical media such as greases, oils, adhesives, paints, and release agents. Its robust design allows for reliable operation even under harsh production conditions.
