Distributors

Distributors from WALTHER Systemtechnik are used for the structured routing of media in industrial dosing and application systems. They distribute liquid to pasty media to multiple outlets and enable a defined connection of several functional units within a piping system.

Depending on the application, distributors form the basis for parallel dosing points, multi-stage processes, or modular media routing. They support a clear pipe structure, reduce unnecessary hose and pipe runs, and facilitate the integration of downstream valves, nozzles, or application units.

For more demanding requirements, switchable solutions such as the MODULAR series media switches are available. These allow individual pipe sections to be selectively opened, closed, or rerouted – for example, to switch between application and relief lines, to prepare for maintenance work, or to disconnect coupled pipe sections.

Electrically operated distribution and diverter components enable controlled media flow without additional pneumatic auxiliary circuits. Their compact design, ease of installation, and standardized interfaces allow them to be directly integrated into dosing and application systems and combined with other modules to form functional assemblies.
