Bonding – Precise dosing of adhesives
Whether for structural bonding, surface bonding, or spot fixing: Our dispensing systems enable the precise application of a wide variety of 1K adhesives – as beads, dots, or surfaces. These include PUR, silicone, and epoxy resin systems.
Lubrication – Reproducible application of greases and oils
For reliable lifetime lubrication of bearings, seals, sliding pairs or moving plastic components, our systems dispense lubricants in the form of pastes, oils or greases in a media-appropriate, volume-precise and process-reliable manner – even with highly viscous media.
Sealing – Contour-accurate application of sealants
When sealing, precise material guidance is crucial: Our application systems apply elastic or plastic sealing materials such as silicones, MS polymers or PU sealants to housings, covers or flanges in a contour-following manner – manually, semi-automatically or integrated inline.
Potting – protection through volume-accurate material distribution
For electrical insulation, potting of connectors or protection of electronic assemblies, our systems dispense reactive potting compounds, resins or silicones with high repeatability – including heating option, bubble prevention and process monitoring.
Marking – Controlled application of marking media
Marking and labeling processes require precisely defined material quantities at high throughput. Our systems enable the controlled application of marking colors, inks, or identification varnishes for assembly identification, component identification, or quality marking.
Applying flux – Precise dosing in electronics manufacturing
In electronics manufacturing, uniform flux application is crucial for high-quality solder joints. Our solutions dispense low-viscosity fluxes precisely, finely, and with minimal overspray – even at high cycle rates and with sensitive assemblies.
