Before a dispensing system is planned or designed, reliable information on its technical feasibility is essential. In our initial trials, we examine how your medium behaves in the intended application – with a focus on dosing capability, application accuracy, and reproducibility. At Walther Systemtechnik's technical center, we create realistic conditions to precisely evaluate the interplay between the medium, application method, and process parameters. Whether spot application, bead application, or surface application – the goal is a stable, reliable, and technically traceable dispensing process.

Not every viscous medium can be dosed without difficulty. Viscosity, thixotropic behavior, temperature dependence, and stringing all affect the dispensing pattern and repeatability. A structured initial test reveals these effects early on – before they lead to quality losses in series production. Through systematic testing, we obtain reliable data for selecting suitable components, designing the valve technology, and defining valid dosing parameters. This creates a solid foundation for a solution precisely tailored to your application – technically sound, documented, and transferable to subsequent use.
