The Walther distribution module (WVM) is a compact functional element of the Walther MODULAR series, designed for the precise distribution of liquid or viscous media to multiple process outlets. It enables the structured division of a centrally supplied flow rate, for example to simultaneously supply several dosing valves via a shared pressure source such as a pump or pressure vessel.

The module features five G1/4" process outlets for media discharge, along with one G1/2" connection on each end face. These G1/2" ports provide the media-carrying interface to adjacent modules within a MODULAR assembly. As part of the Walther MODULAR system, the distribution module can be quickly and securely combined with other functional units using a standardised module connector set, enabling the implementation of complex, media-handling functions within the overall system. When installed in a central position, both end-face connections are used; in end or start positions, only one is occupied.

Thanks to its compact design, the WVM requires minimal installation space and is suitable for both new systems and retrofit integration into existing fluid and dosing systems.

The distribution module is rated for operating pressures up to 250 bar and is compatible with a wide range of technical media such as greases, oils, adhesives, paints or release agents. Its robust construction ensures reliable operation even under harsh industrial conditions.
